About me
My career has taken me from steel-toed boots in the field to leading strategy at the highest levels of agricultural business, and back again.
I built my foundation in agriculture by understanding how decisions made on the ground impact everything upstream and downstream. That perspective shaped my work as the founding Executive Director of an agricultural not-for-profit where I led the development of a $50 million research portfolio focused on nutrient management, water quality, and soil health.
Along the way, I’ve worked across farmers, scientists, industry, and policy leaders, translating complex research into practical solutions and aligning stakeholders around shared outcomes.
What drives me is simple: helping agriculture deliver more. More efficiency. More resilience. More impact.
Today, I partner with organizations to turn big ideas into executable strategies by bridging science, business, and sustainability to create results that matter.
